Update 5/8/2015
Small modification to the upcoming treasure hunt. After finalising the route earlier this week we strongly recommend walking, no bikes or horses please. However, you should still be able to do the route with a rugged pushchair etc. There is a stile on the route but we'll have someone manning it to help anyone over who needs asisstance with themselves or children, buggies etc
- Start anytime between 11:30am and 12:30pm from The Fox pub
- Barbecue at the Pavillion on the cricket pitch from 1pm onwards
- Peasemore Cricket Club on the pitch from 2pm onwards
The Peasemore Committee would love you to come along and experience a treasure hunt around Peasemore. The hunt will involve travelling approximately 1.5miles (a similar distance to last year for those who attended), you will be hunting for certain items and/or recording information as you go along. The route has been selected so it should be walkable and rugged push-chair friendly,. Some quiet roads, some set-asides around the edges of fields and/or possibly grassy country paths.
Teams of whatever size you want within reason, children under 16 are free but for everyone else we ask for a contribution of £1/person towards village funds.
If you don't want to hunt you're still more than welcome to come along, chill on the pitch and tuck into the barbecue!
The Peasemore Cricket Team is also playing at home against Buckleberry starting at around 2pm so stay on and watch the match, relax and cheer your local team on they'd love the support.
